Overview of Dr. Motisi
I am an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. I currently am affiliated with Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital and Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital East located in south Florida.
Before joining Baptist Health, I was an orthopedic surgeon at HCA Florida Broward Orthopedics. I perform the latest techniques including the direct anterior approach total hip replacement, robotic total and partial knee replacement, and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty.
I received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center, a Level-1 trauma center. During my residency, I was recognized as chief resident and was awarded Orthopedic Resident of the Year. I also completed an additional year of fellowship training in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
